I have an idea.... to have a review system made for Android users by Android users... I work as a retail store manager... and I get many customers come in and ask me... "Is this the best price?... How good is this product?... Have you had many returns?... Would you recommend buying this product?..." and I honestly tell them... from my own experience this is how I feel about this product... But I've always wondered what are other opinions about the item... Since the release of the bar code scanner... I realized that this idea is only a couple steps away from being an reality...
What if... You could walk into a store... scan an item... get the prices of multiple stores and then get a rating score on the actual item from people that actually have the item or have used it; as well as have people's opinions at your finger tips...
What if you could type in a movie name and get a rating score and everyones opinion about it... as well as their recommendation on if you should buy it when it becomes blu-ray or DVD...
What if you had destination in mind... and wanted to visit there... and you type in the name and could get up to date ratings and comments on the service and conditions of the place...
If the android community had the power of its people united to change the way the market flows... the influence would be astronomical... and the purchasing power of a Android user would be 100 times that of an average consumer...

It's like having a secret shopper come in to your store... (If you don't know what a secret shopper is... they are paid people that shop your store and score your store and send it to your corporate office to tell how well they are initiating the companies protocols and how great they are taking care of their shoppers...)

The influence of a secret shopper changes the way an associate treats a customer because it causes the associate to be on their toes and want to impress that shopper... so that their store looks great in their corporations eyes...
But consider the power to influence millions of people to not shop or to shop at a certain place...
If stores new you had that power... you become a secret shopper... you now have that power... to get the best customer service possible... because your opinions matters more than the average consumer... your opinion is an Android Review...

(I watched a lil' star trek a couple years ago... ) But it's like a collective mind thinking similarly... with hundreds of opinions and ratings... it would not be just flukes or spikes... it would have more basis... thus more potential...
In any comparison chart.. the more opinions you have the more solidified and viable the choice becomes... the more better decisions can be made... saving millions of people time and money...

how can this be created?
I suggest... using a system where by creating opinions you have more access to others opinions... therefore creating a reason for input... eventually people will reach a certain rank... and to keep that rank week to week you should continue to help others by creating more reviews.... "Scratch my back and I'll scratch yours"...

I believe this could revolutionize buying... and the way we spend our money... by having real opinions from people that really use these products... we can make better choices as a whole and collectively save. What do you think of my app idea?
