    Default Battery Life App

I didnt see this in the search, so i thought i'd throw it out there. what if someone were to develop an app that by toggling a switch on or off, would set your g1 for optimal battery life, and then back to your regular settings. i dont always want my 3g off, my screen dimmed, etc., and it's kinda a pain to go and edit these setting individually. so what do you guys think?

You can try AnyCut...it allows you to add settings buttons to your desktop.

If you can do it, go for it. You should allow the user to customize what he/she thinks the optmial life battery life settings are

This is a great, yet simple idea.. I think this app would almost definitely make about 20,000 downloads day 1 minimum...

    Please please please.

yea, this deff. sounds good. have different battery life profiles, thats how my laptop is, set your battery/screen/wireless setting etc. and just click the different profles to save battery or if you want full power of everythng.. an app like that would be really usefull
