Like most palm OS users, you know there were some great apps out there for it. One of those apps was a remote access to your pc from your palm device. In essence it does what gmote does but you can actualy see your pc screen on your device. I actually can still do it and have the palm OS client and server. I can upload if it will help anyone develop this app for the g1

again control and see your pc;s screen.

also unlike gmote you dont have to be a=connected to the same wifi access point.

So i was in las vegas and could access and see my pc in cali. as long as it was on and connected to a wifi service.

If anyone one know what the heck im talking about please...stand up.

Yeah I've seen that for palm it's basically a VNC app for a mobile phone. I've seen an app for android that will do the same thing however it hasn't been updated for the current 1.0 version of the android OS. It would only work on the 0.9 SDK. So hopefully the developer will update it and release it soon.
