ShopSavvy can't seem to work my camera
Is this the right place to post support questions?
I have a T-Mobile Pulse Android phone. I just found out about ShopSavvy, so thought I'd try it.
I pressed "Search for a product", and the Snan a Barcode screen came up, with a red line across the screen, just like in the demo video I watched, but there was no camera picture - just a black screen.
It stayed like that no matter how long I waited.
The camera works fine in the camera application. Any ideas? Anything I can do to help?

un install and then reinstall it
