Galaxy Spica i5700 - How can I use personal tones.

Hi,

I have some mp3 tones that I want to use as ring/alert tones, but there's no option in the tone picker for browsing other source of sound. I've placed the tones on the sd card. Anyone know how to do this?

Place the tones in a folder on your SD card named Ringtones. They will show up in the normal ringtone list. If you do not want to do that, there is a program called rings extended or ring extender on the market that will allow you to do it.

You can also run your mp3 in standard music app, press 'menu' button and choose 'Use as ringtone'
