    Default i5700 Spica Hard Reset?

Does anyone know, how to hard reset Samsung i5700 Spica? I'm stuck due to this bug http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=3006 and it seems the only hope is hard reset. I've already tried call+vol.down+power and home+power, but phone booted as usual. Menu+power causes boot in "safe mode", but i can't see any difference to normal mode, except there si text "safe mode" in the left-bottom corner.

On most android phones you go to setting> sd card and phone storage> toward the bottom of the page factory data reset.

Sorry, I though you meant locked to a certain sim card as in unlocked phone. You meant you are locked out, right? Some one should chime in shortly all android phones work basically the same.
