Exclamation A different approach to contacts

Hey there, Here's a different approach to getting your contacts straight, especially if you fear your contacts are out of date or you have mainly emails and incomplete other information:

Create a form in Google.Docs. Send it out to those whose info is lacking. The form will create a spreadsheet with the needed data in it. You can save the spreadsheet as a .csv file to bring into Gmail contacts.

Of course, you could do the same with survey monkey or any other little program like that. What's nice about this is people complete it from their email and the replies go back to a database. They don't have to go follow a link somewhere.

This could be a great way to gather contacts from an email list, too. The replies are anonymous to the list, so you can pick just your buddies and send them the "contacts survey"
