Adding extra RAM?

I think the welding torch might burn your phone to a smelly, molten crisp.

Might be able to solder a bigger RAM chip in, though.

I think that regulating the temperature of the welding point would be enough. What is coming to mind is the size of the mems and those big machines that make those little welding points. Anyway, any pic of the mem module?
