Android dates pushed back?

I recently spoke to a representative of t-mobile who notidied me that they were emailed saying that the information on the release date of an android based handset had been misunderstood. SO i assume that this means we could be waiting a while longer for the android although the press release is tomorrow?

It's not the release date, it was the pre-sale date that was misunderstood.... everything is on track.... you'll know tomorrow.

As of right now, there is no official/rumor date for pre-sale beginning. All our answers are just a few hours away now.

Judging by the T-Mobile G1 site, Im pretty sure pre-sales will start tomorrow. Just go to the homepage (AndroidCommunity.com) and check it out.
