android icons for windows

I was wondering if their are any icons,themes,skins for windows to kinda simulate the android OS for windows? I really love the android OS and would like to have it on my pc but as of now looks like I cant do that.

as of now, there is not.
BUT, if you go to http://code.google.com/p/live-android/ you can run Android 1.5 (Cupcake) in a Virtual PC such as Virtual Box.

or burn it to a CD and boot into it.
