Here's the picture. I've a Nokia N70 with its crappy S60 OS. I'm not planning to buy a new phone yet since I want Android to get full momentum so I would get a lot more selection for handsets.
So, for now, I was thinking, "Hey, Android is Open Source. So why not run it on the piece of sh*t I already own ?". So here I'm passing the question onto you.
Is there any possible way to make Android work on N70 ? Any hacks ?![]()
Damn I should've posted this in the "Hardware" section. Big sorry for that, guys.![]()
it may be possible, who knows with these infinite list of phones out these days... i will tell you one thing, a specific person or group of people will have to program it to work with the n70... phones are not exactly like computers, they don't have an ASCII code for all the letters of a keyboard, etc... some small underlying problems that would need to be addressed, i highly doubt you can just install a complicated linux based OS like android on any phone and be good to go
