android phone only OS?

Basically i have been living under a rock for the past year, Yesterday while i was looking for a new phone t mobile just released a phone based on google's os android. I didnt even know google was working on a OS i heard rumors of a phone but nothing of the operating system. So i grab my keys and head towards the nearest t mobile store,Since i recent found out abut android what i realy want to know is google going to make an pc version of android because i would to duel boot this on my pc along with windows

No, of course not. But you could always dual boot a Linux.

Google is the only company out there right now with the bandwidth and funding to put out an OS that could run on a PC platform. It would be a gift to the world to offer a viable OS to compete with Microsoft and Apple.
