Any news of android phone with keyboard beside G1

My friend want to buy an android phone with keyboard,
but he doesn't like the look of G1.

Are there any news of new android phone with keyboard?
my friend can wait about 3 months, if there is no new andorid phone with keyboard coming, he'll probably find another choice.
So i really hope someone can help.

I didnt like the look of the G1 at first either.
I definately got used to it.

Plenty of phones coming. Tell ur friend that the wait will most likely en the 10th of next month with motos press con.

That was supposed to be coming to AT&T, but they've canceled it, basically 'cause it was already outdated, very small screen, etc. The Lancaster probably will never be produced. The Moto Sholes may be in trouble too.

I don't know of an Android phone with a HK coming out soon except probably the Moto Morrison. Hopefully, someone here will correct me...

Screens work for me, I don't see it being a hardware problem (outdated) holding them back from launching. Its the carriers
Moto has been ready for a while, reason I left verizon for t mo (got people on the inside)
But yeh crappy stuff like the storm coming out fing up the bberry legacy and apple being dcks lol

Did u know that apple went to verizon before going to att for that exclusive deal? Verizon execs said no cus apple wanted too much control over the phone. And was no even thinking of a removable battery. But 2010 will come. And android will explode all over the place on a bunch of diff hardware

I dunno, I think hardware was at least a factor. Maybe not outdated as such as outdated for the price Moto was gonna have to get for it. IOW, overpriced for what it was, rather than really obsolete.

Veri$on can bite me. I'd rather go to Sprint, and I really hate Sprint...AT&T has lousy service...been with T-Mo 12 years and they've always been great. And I'll never use anything but GSM service anyway, that's why I picked T-Mo over Sprint way back when and I've never been sorry I did.

Apple then went to T-Mo, and then Sprint, too. They all told Apple to take a hike. AT&T was the only one of the 4 major providers willing to kiss Job's...feet.

But we digress...anyway, back on-topic, I think I'm gonna be unable to stop myself from puttin' up the bucks for the N900. Killer hardware + real Linux (Maemo) is gonna be irresistible...
