OK, I've been running Virtudude's Rogers V3 for a while now. It runs great. I'd been trying stuff here and there before that, but since, I haven't thought too hard about changing.
Well, there are several Rogers ROMs out now, Kaobiore, Virtudude, TheDude, Soullife, etc....
Now I'm starting to think that maybe I should try one of the others. I'd like to hear from folks that have tried a few of the Rogers ROMs to see what they thought/think of each that they tried.
Thanks

I flashed the official one as soon as it was out and loved it. Now I'm on cyanogen's rogers rom, just coming from cyanogen 1.51 and jf 1.51adp. I've given 90% of all currently available roms a try and I'd say this one is possibly my favorite one, it's definitely my fav out of all rogers. My only major gripe is the htc dialer: a lot of people like it, but definitely not me.
Cool, hopefully I get some more "votes".
I'm wondering about "TheDude's" Rogers .5 beta. It seems like he's taken the best of several things (including Cyanogen's kernel) and rolled it into one.

Tried TheDude but never managed to go past first sync with Google
Sticked with Virtudude's build. Seems stable and fast.

(also with a G1 here)
Yeah, so far I'm still on Virtudude's build. Just haven't found a reason to change yet.

How about an update on the Rogers roms, everyone still liking Virtududes the best? Does anyone know if the HTC calendar widget in these roms is different from the google one?
I've been using soulife's, I like it. What's different about virtualdude's? Multitouch?
I tried Ravenge and just recently switched to Soulife's, cant tell much of a difference except Soulifes lags a little more and Ravenge forced closed every once in a while. Too bad Cyanogen hasnt built anything based of the Rogers rom yet. The HTC dialer is the shiz.
hey everyone!
i'm curious as well to see what people have voted for the various rogers roms.
which is the best? (offers on screen keyboard, tethering, speedy, most stable)
i'm sure we'll all appreciate any feedback! looking forward to it!
sincerely!

p.s. also, while we are at it, does anyone have a good tutorial that guides you through flashing a ROM (after you've gained superuser access). I've heard tale of having to update the SPL and Radio before any rom flashing can take place. not sure of the validity of this. thanks!

I am in the U.S. on T-Mobile... If I flash the rogers rom, will I still be able to use the US Android Market?
