seems like the t-mobile release has a few bugs. previously installed applications in the market, don't list as being installed anymore. when you open the market page for it, it only gives you the option to install. not sure if updates will show, unless you reinstall all of your applications.
also, when doing a search in the market and using the hardware keyboard, once you close your phone, the search closes and goes back to either the previous screen, or the previous search you did.
still checking on other things to see if there are any other bugs
I'm having issues with my update... At first, it was just that the screen keyboard wouldn't come up all the time (I was able to use it to type an SMS, but then I checked out the "How to use your phone" or whatever, and when I clicked on the text box it said "Text Options" [or input options... I can't pull it up right now to check] and once I selected that it only gave me one option, "Android keyboard" so I clicked on that and it didn't do anything... I'm assuming it's talking about the hardware keyboard). But, I decided to restart my phone, and now it's stuck on the purdy second loading screen, and has been for about 10 minutes. Suggestions?
is there a way to make the on screen keyboard keys bigger? i heard there was a way you can change color of it too.
Better Keyboard offers several options the standard keyboard does not, including making the keyboard skinnable. It's like $3-4, skins are free.
The only way to make keys bigger would be to make the screen bigger. There's only so much room.

Interesting...I am in Brazil using a chip from a brazilian phone company (TIM) and just got my OTA update for cupcake. I did the manual install a while back because I thought I would never get the update down here...
I am now wondering if perhaps this is actually the same file I downloaded a while back. The date on the update.zip file is 05/24/2009...Would android just now notice that the file is there??
