Default Did Best Buy just "out' and unreleased Android Device?

Ok so while I was looking through this week's Best Buy mailer, I came across this. Unless Sprint has changed the Instint HD's body, I do not believe this matches up with released photos. Anyone care to indentify??

Yeah thats what through me for a loop. Also the device in the picture does not match up with photos of the Instinct HD that I have seen.

After further review I have found pictures of the Instinct HD that correspond with Best Buy's ad, but that does not explain the Sense UI. Unless Best Buy employs very dumb people within their PR dept.

I would say its a mistake, since its advertising for rubber cases and not for a new phone. Plus its called the HD2 which is the phones name so yeah, probably just a mistake.

The 2 most likely represents a footnote. The foot note is probably "Phone not included."
