from stock RC30 to rooted JF1.3: a complete step-by-step

When I rooted my phone and installed JF1.3 I had to read three seperate step-by-steps, one for reverting to RC29, one for applying test keys, and one for flashing the JF1.3. I thought to myself that it would be nice if someone put together a single step-by-step guide.
