    Try the older BPL settings; a coworker is using this on his iPhone STILL even though he is on Loop (older BPL) and it still works:

    Operator: - BPL
    GPRS APN: - bplgprs.com
    Username: - bplmobile
    Password: - {blank}
    DNS: - 202.169.145.34, 202.169.129.40

    Delete the current Loop APN settings and start new...

    LEAVE THE settings not shown above BLANK! (in other words don't edit them or fill them in)

    It should push the DNS values; so leave it blank
