I agree very good browser, multiple pages is the key.
But there is room for a hell of alot more settings. Its a pain to close windows instead of opening them and that kinda stuff. Also maybe you can set the camera button to automatically close the current window or something like that.
Thumbs way...way up though!!!
I personally LOVE the browser. IMO, it's better than the iPod/phone's browser because it automatically re-shapes the web site so that, no matter how close you zoom in, text columns and pictures are always one screen wide. Very convenient!
Also: Has anyone else completely fallen in love with the Android version of Google Reader?
I think Google Reader is the same on the iPhone as well. It is just google's mobile site
I like it but I still would like an application like the GMAIL app.

Divorcing Blackberry for Android....
[quote=almightyA;49014]Could someone direct me to the actual patent? I did a search last month, and Apple only has two issued patents somewhat on point. Both are extremely narrow. As far as I know, they don't own patents on multi-touch, gesture sensing in general, or zoom by one of the previous 2 methods.
[quote=Stanovoy;49382]To be honest I doubt apple has a patent on either. Everyone just assumes they do because the iPhone is the only device that really uses multi touch. I just think its been hard for other developers to just toss it in their OS/programs. I am sure it takes a lot of work to get it working right. Although I could be totally wrong.
the browser is hands down awesome coming from a bb curve
HOPPING OUT MY G4 ON MY GPHONE....
I love the android browser but I have to disagree that it's better then apple. Why bc safari is so simple and easy to use. Not that I'm saying android is hard and confusing it's just harder and confusing then safari. Also I still don't know how to highlight but then again that's not even a feature on safari.

I found the G1 browser better than mobile safari if not the multi-touch.
G1 browser renders webpages better. For example, the iPhone that I tried can't load the facebook bottom bar correctly (position was wrong). G1 does a good job at it.
