    Default Google Calendar Strategies

Yesterday got my gmail contacts all in order. Today it's my calendar. I have inserted all the important dates (birthdays and anniversaries), and I found a nice public calendar that has all the major holidays and national events. I have added that calendar to my calendar. My question is, is that enough to have those events show up on my phone? I see that when I click on one of the events in that public calendar, there is an option to add it to my personal calendar, which leads me to think that possibly the phone will only sync my personal calendar. If that's the case, is there an easy way to add all the events from a public calendar to a personal calendar?

Also, if anyone wants to add any other good tips for importing calendars from other souces, or tips on dealing with g-cal, post them here. A lot of us here have never used g-cal before.

It will show even your public calenders as well. so I don't think you need to worry. I would think it will work just like it does online. Here is the clip.
