How do I know if I'm running the latest update?

I've read of an update, but I'm unsure if I've got the updates, or if you have to download them or something..

According to my phone, I'm running Firmware Version 1.0

It should say rc30 under build number

How do I get rc30?

Wait for it and tmobile will send it to you ota, or you can manually do it
