Just ordered replacement phone for crooked screen

Call T-Mobile, if they decide to send you a replacement and then you send back your old one once you've received your replacement phone.

well I'm gonna call to see if I can get a replacement. What should I say? And if they don't let me hold on to my phone while i wait till they send me a replacement should I say then ill cancel my contract ? Thanks

You must be a Tmo rep, and not a very good one at that. I called because my phone was having issues, had a new one with a return label for my old one the very next day....they even paid for shipping for me. So your a dumb ass.....
