can someone provide me the link to the latest spl.

im on jf1.51 US

if i flash, will i lose anything (ie. apps to sd so on)

MUST FLASH LATEST RADIO FIRST IF NOT DONE ALREADY!!

You will not loose anything!

Check to make sure you have a PVT board (before flashing SPL). Power off, and power back on holding down camera button and power button.

Also after you flash SPL you MUST flash your ROM. Otherwise it'll act as if bricked since there is no system in it anymore.
