MicroSD being erased automatically by G1?

I had numerous amounts of photos saved on on my MircoSD card never had an issue w/it. Till now it was working fine but a few minutes ago I was checking my SD card for some pictures and I noticed a lot were missing. What gives??

btw I have no non-market android apps, all clean. last app i installed was last night from the android market the video player.

I don't think it was erased. I had it happen once too. I went to settings then sd & phone storage and saw that it was unavailable. I just popped the sd card out then back in. Everything was back to where to should be.

I can confirm that this has happened to me as well.

This has happened to me. And it had happened to me before and I've taken out my card and put it back in and everything's been okay. But nothing else will show up on my card now. At all!!! Except 1 picture... All my music is safe though... it was just my pictures...
