Yea i was messing around with the command line, rooted the phone along time ago

i would start with a factory wipe out of the recovery console . . . hope your stuff is backed up?

Already factory wiped it, the phone is going crazy. please tell me there is some sort of file or full system restore that can be done.

You can either restore your Nandroid backups or get the rc29 dreaimg.nbh and restart from scratch.
