    Default My Motorola Android Phone

Here is my new mobile phone

    Not very happy

My T-Mobile G1 had a faulty touchscreen, it was going crazy.

I took it back to the T-Mobile store this morning and they said they would have to send it away and it could take up to 28 days.

They said that i could not have another G1 whilst waiting but instead this piece of trash which is scratched to bits!

I asked to speak to manager and then phoned customer services whilst i was still in the store but they all said the same, i did get refunded £12.50 for internet but i'm on a £40.00 a month contract for a G1

Not happy at all, maybe a better phone might have made things better even if it was not the G1 but i am totally gutted!

Anyone else had similar problems or is there anything else i can do?

Ive never heard of anything like that, but since you already sent the phone away you cant really do anything.

    Eh?

Its just the loaner phone program. They let you have a loaner in exchange for a imprint of your credit card.. right?

The 28 day wait is due to christmas?.. Right?

Perfectly normal, your lucky you get the loaner phone and not the shaft.

Solutions - Ask/pay for faster shipping, or complain to customer service they gave you a outdated motorola that is too scratched to see the phone number - then listen as they say "well, you'll have to complain to the store.".

Thanks for the support, but it looks like i am stuck with this piece of trash for 28 days, not due to Christmas - they said it can take up to 28 days to get fixed.

By then the G2 will probably be released!
