my phone is about to break

so today, ive had the actual "phone" program force close twice and it wouldnt let me answer or decline incoming calls a few times, froze multiple times, wouldnt send any texts when i left my house

and every now and then the call quality is horrible

yesterday it screeched when i picked up the phone and when the person talked it sounds like a muffled robot, other times it just sounds like somebody is scrunching paper into the speaker in the background and it makes it hard to hear, and other times it makes the sound when u put it close to like your car stereo if anybody has ever heard that ... it made the sound the whole call

also the screen is creaking, and the buttons make loud sounds when pressed sometimes (minor issues and the screen thing is fixable but im just making a list)

menu button doesnt work everytime i press it, sometimes my phone forgets to ring and will just vibrate even though its on ring and vibrate and vice versa

im going to give tmobile a call sometime tonight but i just wanted to know if i can just load stock rc33 straight from jf 1.42 rc33? im pretty sure i still have the stock SPL and also what ppl thought of these problems

(mostly going to use this list to read back to the customer representative that asks my problems) lol

I don't believe you can go straight to 33. Your keys won't match, you have the test keys now, but you need the ota keys (?).

Also did you do a wipe before installing jf's 33? That could maybe cause some problems, obviously not all of them, but possibly the force close on the phone.

so u got a modded phone, and the OS is messed up? lol

i followed the instructions on the modding made easy and the phone worked fine right after i modded, its been acting up before i modded too

ive had problems with it for awhile they were just too little for me to call and complain about

oh and is there a tutorial on converting back, i know a few people have done it or wanted to do it so i didnt know if somebody wrote a how to

ok so i called and they r sending me a new phone but now i just need to convert this back to stock everything so i guess ill research that

have you tried to restart your phone turn it off and take out the battery so the phone and restart fresh it just like a computer you cant just have it on for week at a time if you rooted your phone you should know this
