No, it does not.
And from the sounds of it, it won't be very soon. Still quite possibly Q1, but it's not even finished code at the moment.

it's a upcoming update for the android and it has lots of interesting features (like A2DP, touch keyboard and many things). As for why it is called cupcake, well software development companies usually give codenames for their projects such windows vienna (which is windows 7 or the upcoming windows)

I wouldn't count on it any time soon, and just because the Android core is receiving "cupcake" doesn't mean it will be delivered to the G1 development branch immediately. Best not to demand what is provided for free.

If you have root access to your G1 you can install Cupcake on it right now with VK updated browser etc.. But the official update is coming we just have to be patient

Yeah, 'cept the development branch of Cupcake has bugs in basic features like the radio so it looks like most who have installed it have backed out and re-installed with JC RC30 v1.2. That's what I'm staying with for now. I need to make phone calls
