One of the presentation's screenshots showed an application called "Youtube". (right beneath Pacman) As opposed to...say... a Bookmark.
So this definitely means no Flash support for Android's browser. I really don't get it. Why? Google literally owns Youtube. I can't believe a WM phone will have a browser like Skyfire, and Android won't view flash content.

I don't know but it would be nice if Adobe got their butts in gear and opened up flash. I don't even think Ubuntu has Flash Support natively do they?
They already opened it up. Nokia has declared last year that its new S60 Touch will be the FIRST MOBILE OS to support native flash. They had videos of youtube running on their browser all over the place. So I guess it's all legal though I'm surprised Google, the owner of YouTube, couldn't sort that out with Adobe.
Wow, "definitely" is a pretty strong word just because there was an icon shown. I find your reasoning to be completely lacking. Maybe Google likes the idea showcasing their video site separately with a special program or maybe they just added a dummy icon to assure people that youtube would be available on the android phones. There are a number of reason that icon could be there and the phone could still have native flash capabilities.
Ahem.. actually after the I/O demo, in the Q&A session, they confirmed that the browser doesn't have native flash support at the moment.
Here's the link:
Q. Is support for Flash lite planned?
A. Not at the moment.

I can't imagine Apple saying yes to that.
I'm sure Apple would try to lock Adobe Flash to the Iphone, they want to control everything. Whether Adobe would let them is the big question. I don't think they would.

Well if you are not in control its hard to make money. Especially in Apple's case.
