Rooting is the best thing you could possibly do to this phone...My girlfriend has a non-rooted 1.5 G1 and it's night and day compared to mine...The speed and storage alone on my build is worth rooting, not including all the other advantages. IF you know what your doing, you can't mess this phone up.

I'm Not Against Rooting Because I Rooted My Phone But I Think It's Like Whatever If People Don't Want To Root Just Don't Get Mad At People You Did Root. Peace...
