Process.android.media - Error on startup, very sucky.

Hey guys, I have been having the most annoying problem for the past few days.
Please help me out.
Read about it here. I posted it on xda, but haven't gotten anywhere.
I'm hoping maybe some of you guys have had the same issue and we can figure out why.

I had the same problem after moving /data/data to /system/sd. I had to wipe and reinstall.

I haven't even done that though. I've tried wiping and reinstalling several times and even if i don't do anything else it'll eventually popup.

Just recently, all I did was wipe, install 1.41 and then use mybackup to install all of my apps.

Then it would still come up!
I'm thinking it might be an app.
Assuming that a wipe really does wipe the phones data.

The strangest thing.
I figured out that my wifi connection is to blame.
With wifi turned off and 3g on, I can reboot as much as i'd like without a hitch.
Anyone have a clue?
I am sure this is it. After wiping and reinstalling at least 30 times i've figured it out.
All is well, but I cant use wifi ;P
