Question on how to install the Android Emulator..

Hey Android Guys, I know that I posted in the emulator post earlier, but i thought would get a faster response on this matter if i made another post about it. I have a powerbook running 10.4.11 with x86 platform and I was curious on how to get the emulater up and running on my computer.

I found the emulater app in the tools folder then I double clicked execute file and from their the exe file loaded into the terminal and i got this message from my Terminal. Ill delete my IP and my home folder name for my safety

So I am not sure what is wrong with it or why it won't install at all. When it says make a bash file in the home folder does that mean in my HOME folder that's in my users folder? I am sorry for asking too many question's, I would like to try to learn how to make apps and all too. Thanks for anybody who can enlighten me on this matter.
