Are they haveing problems with the pics that you take on your camera? I ask because i had some tmobile freinds that couldnt recieve pics from me either.

Have them send you a pic and when you get it forward it back. That way you know if its all pic messages or just pics from your camera.
cant put this damn phone down...

I can send g1 pics to a verizon friend (resized automatically of course) using a RAZR V3 but another friend on verizon using a chocolate cannot recieve pics via MMS from me.

My son has a LG Dare from Verizon and my wife has a KRZR also from Verizon. My son gets MMS messages from me off my G1 fine but my wife does not. Only gets the text. Although on my wife's phone if you do properties on the message it does show an attachment you just cannot view it.

So what are we thinking here that the G1 formats the picture in a way that only certain phones can view them?

And yes I went rogue to T-Mobile to get an iPhone and then the G1. My wife will not leave Verizon.

This is what you can do. When they recive the MMS but no pic, instead od letting the phone automaticlly resize the pic. Crop the pic your self then send it like that. It works that way i already did this a few times to my other phone (voyager on verizon).
