What kind of upstream speeds? I'm paying 100/mo. right now for biz class with a few static IP's, and while my upstream "isn't bad" it certainly could be a little better. What I'd REALLY like to see improved, is the peering agreements. I'm in Houston, and I have to go through Dallas to go anywhere. My ping times to anywhere in the Houston area are OVER 100ms !! That's garbage if you ask me.
If you are saying 22 will be the new minimum.. Please source that news.
