    Default GM; Yet another FAIL

News of the buyouts first broke on Monday. A union official told The Associated Press then that GM would offer $20,000 in cash and a $25,000 car voucher for workers who retire early and those who simply leave the company.

wow, just wow. This company needs to fall apart and some new car company needs to take over. It's too much of a mess. Maybe Ninja Chuck Norris Android needs to get into the automobile industry and rule all.

Haha and what happens when 50% of the company just up and leaves? That sounds like trouble.

I do hope that GM sticks around though. Them going under would be devastating to our entire economy not to mention I'd miss new Corvettes.

    I thought Challengers were Dodge

Cadillac XLR. No reason to have a never-to-be-realized dream if they don't exist.

It isn't that bad of an idea. They are getting rid of the overpaid union employees and hiring new ones at a MUCH lower wage. All of the big 3 makers are doing this

I think there was a time and place for the unions, but that time has long since come and gone. I honestly think doing away with the unions would be one of the best things that could happen to the big three.
