Default MP4 help ..some files play some don't

Ok. Here is a screenshot of 4 files that I have on my phone right now.
Two files play perfectly fine, the other two, gives me a green screen.

The two that plays are the first and the last (2Pac & Legend of Chun Li).
The two that doesn't play are - MAV & Forbidden Kingdom.

As you can see, the first 3 have the same video size and ALMOST format.
So I'm sure the codec/encoding is ok.

Does anyone have any idea why MAV & Forbidden Kingdom won't play?

It's not the FPS is it? DO I have to change that to 30 as well?

    THanks.

Before you go ahead and set them to 30fps, reencode them like hondamx said, and then set the FPS to 30...

it could very well be the framerate- seems the g1 is pretty touchy about what it wants to play.

id re-encode at 30fps and see if that does it.

if you figure it out, please post what the issue was, as this is something i need to know as well

Why do all that when u can do it frm the phone...

Set ur phone to the setting that doesn't timeout the screen while plugged in while charging and plug it in.

Just go to pspmafia.com from ur phone via steel browser

Search what movie u want, they have them all and their in mp4 compatible format already

Go thru the link that works...u usually put in a code and then a download button pops up

Steel will then download the file...the progress bar will go for a couple millimeters and reset but dnt back out...it is still downloading

It usually takes 30+ mins to complete the download and u will kno since the download progress will disappear

I use cinema personally but video player will play the videos as well

Goodluck and hey we all do it
