i have a 5300 right now too. they're nice music phones. this looks pretty sweet
Pretty sure it doesnt have a physical qwerty keyboard(at least all the videos that are currently up right now have not shown one). and it has a 3.2 megapixel camera. pretty cool phone though. not feeling the resistive touch screen, if it was capacative or whatever i might consider, but its not so its the G1 for me. also the UI is kind of blah. maybe its the font or something, but i dont like it too much.

The phone has excellent specs (wifi, 3g, excellent video recording, etc) like most nokia phones and supports flash and full html. The price is great too. If I wasn't waiting for an Android phone I'd probably get this phone.
However from the demo the touch interface doesn't look up to par with iPhone's & the Android's. However it isn't supposed to compete with the iPhone (price is 1/3 of iPhone's unlocked), so that's okay I guess. Nokia will probably be releasing their touchscreen N-series soon and hopefully it improves by that time. The resistive touch also looks like it takes quite a bit of pressure to register, just look at how hard the guy is pressing. From my experience on my x60 tablet (I got the one with both the wacom tablet & resistive touch on the same screen), for resistive screens, just use the flat side of your fingernail to touch. It is very accurate and easy to register touches that way without using a stylus or having to use lots of pressure. Resistive touch screens just aren't really designed for touch with finger tips.

I am using the 5610 right now and I love this little thing. Solid slider, great call sounds, and a great little music player.

...and the trees are all kept equal by hatchet, axe, and saw............RUSH
Nokia has always had some good phones, but again I"m turned down by the all touch.
I remember a few years ago when I went to Thailand to train I saw a Nokia Commercial about an upcoming phone and it was soooo cool!
Lol It was a normal hand held basically but then it had a slide flip panel and turned into a great video recorder.
Iceberg you do realize this is a super ancient thread right
