Last month Nokia announced two of there N-series phones the N79 and N85, both of which were spotted at CTIA. The N79 takes the old candybar style and the N85 that of the slider.



Both boats an impressive 5 megapixle camera with Carl Zeiss optics and a dual-LED flash, HSDPA and WiFi. The N85 can capture 30fps DVD quality video. Each device can geo-tag photos via GPS. The N85 comes with 10 pre-loaded N-Gage titles that work with special gaming keys that when held horizontally light up.

The N79 comes with a 4Gb microSD card while he N85 has an 8Gb microSD card, both Bluetooth A2DP, built-in FM transmitter and a beautilull 2.6 inch OLED display. The N97 also has a three-month license to Nakia Maps with access to navigation and more than 15-million points of interest



Both devices have a really solid, sturdy feel to them and the usual responsive Nokia keypad. The N85 is a nice gaming device with the exception of the smaller screen.

The N79 in an unusually stunning white with high-quality plastic giving it a really nice expensive feel to it. This phone has five different exchangeable covers coming in red, blue brosn white and green. Both devices will be shipping in October 2008 with prices from €350 ($488) for the N79 to €450 ($627) for the N85.
