Ok so this is way off topic but there is a lot of tech savvy people here so i hope someone can answer this or point me to a forum with people that can . I have a motherboard that has on board video (ATI Radeon HD3300 graphics built-in 128MB DDR3 1333MHz) that also has 2 PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots which i plan to use a little later when I can afford to get a better video card. My qestion is would it be possible to use the onboard video as a second GPU to take some load off my main card? This would be great if at all possible but i havnt been able to find much on the subject. Anyone have any thoughts?
Not possible to "combine" the two, not even if the onboard video is also by ATI. It's not the same as running double video cards.

why would you want to take load off your main card? the whole point of a video card is to take load off the cpu. what is it you're trying to do that you want to ease the load on your video card? i can't imagine

No what i would like to see happen is to be able to use the onboard video to kinda split up the work load instead of just having it all on one card. Kinda like the new dual GPU cards that are popping up around the net.
Give it up, not gonna happen, period. Even if you could, it would likely slow the system down to no more than the capabilities of the onboard video, not speed things up.
