it may not be working for everyone, if you have registered and saved the tracking number, hit the My UPS link, and the page should pop up.

Now, maybe someone can answer a quick and easy question. Right now I have a BB Curve. Do I simply switch the SIM card and I'm good to go? This is my first time switching phones on T-Mobile. Before I was on Verizon and always had to call up.

Also, anyone know if these shipments are signature required?

yep, just switch out the sim cards. I do it all the time, i rotate between two different phones. Change is good!
