How do I reflash?

I tried deletting the termenal emulator. It wouldn't delete.. it doesn't give the option of deleting in the settings. Like I know how to delete apps. But this one doesn't have the option of deleteing

Heyy thank you so much witht the help can u let me know the link? And I have another question when I do all of this will the terminal emulator and super user white list be removed from the phone?
