they said within 7 days so we will see. the battery issue is a minor fix.. just charge the battery full the first day you get it, kill the battery aka use it till the phone shuts off, then recharge the phone with the power on, and keep it charging till the battery is a full green without the lightning bolt in it.

OH NO!! I am sooo sorry to hear that. I almost returned mine over the battery...but then heard how many were made and how they were sold out. Just send me a new battery, thanx. When are you supposed to get it back?
